After moving this week, my body is tireddd! Each movement feels harder, it takes longer to recover and my muscles feel weak! This was a gentle flow to stretch out stiff areas, massage tired spaces and ever so slightly build some muscle! Then some nice perineal stretching (pussy yoga) at the end to help prepare for birth!
